2022 Detroit Red Wings NHL Prospect Tournament Roster

The Detroit Red Wings have announced their 2022 roster for the NHL prospect tournament at Centre ICE Arena in Traverse City, MI. The team features a trio of skilled defensemen in Simon Edvinsson, Albert Johansson and Eemil Viro. Prized goaltending prospect, Sebastian Cossa, will likely see the majority of the starts in net. Also included is the skilled speedster, Kirill Tyutyayev, who made a big impression during last years tournament but was sidelined with injuries for most of last season. The Red Wings have rounded out their roster with ten free agent tryouts including a couple who have already signed AHL deals with Grand Rapids.
This year’s Tournament is scheduled from September 15 – 19 and will feature teams from Dallas, Detroit, Columbus, St. Louis, and Toronto. For details on the tournament and ticket information please click here.
