2021 Detroit Red Wings Prospect Tournament Roster

The Detroit Red Wings have announced their 2021 roster for the NHL prospect tournament at Centre ICE Arena in Traverse City, MI. The team features a trio of first round draft picks including Joe Valeno, Lucas Raymond, and Sebastian Cossa. The oft injured Jared McIsaac will anchor the blueline for the Wings while hoping to re-establish himself. Jonatan Berggren will also participate and hopes his speed and skill will translate in the North American rinks. The Wings have invited eight free agent tryouts to round out the roster. Due to COVID-19 many players did not play or had limited games so the tryout process will be even more pressure packed.
This year’s Tournament is scheduled from September 16 – 20 and will feature teams from Dallas, Detroit, Columbus, St. Louis, and Toronto. For details on the tournament and ticket information please click here.
